We were so lucky to find Silvia and her team. They took my call at midnight and was at my home in 6 hours to start working on our heads (myself and twin daughters). She spent 2.5 hrs in me and 2 hrs in my girls and removed everything. We were given shampoo and conditioner to use for two weeks. Silvia came back two weeks later for a check up and we were given the all clear. Silvia and her team couldnt have been nicer, patient, kind and professional. We had a great experience with Silvia. She was responsive, quick and helpful. She checked our whole family after we saw something in my daughters hair. Thankfully everyone else was clear. But she was so kind and thorough. We ended up having her check my daughters whole grade at school. Finding 5 other kids that needed treatment. She then came back after 2wks to check everything was still clear! Very thankful for her during a stressful time.

This service is absolutely incredible. I have a school age child and it so inevitable that they get lice at some point. This service comes to your house and their hours are super flexible.

This company is amazing! They were able to come within a few hours of our panicked call which was such a relief. They did a very detailed comb out of all the lice and nits. They really took their time. The lice were gone after their treatment and no one else in our family of 5 got it. I was very pleased!

Let me start off by saying Silvia and Aileen were amazing! Being treated for lice is definitely not a comfortable situation to be in. However, they make you feel at ease, make sure you understand everything, and that you are following along with them during the process. Silvia takes her time and you can tell she cares about your well being and isnt just there to do a job. After reading reviews of different places I am so happy I ended up with this company and with these ladies!

Upon the initial discovery we were of course quite distressed as a family. They were able to get to our apartment within a few hours and stayed very late to make sure all family members were taken care of. They left clear guidance and directions that were extremely helpful.
